Our house is located in a prime area, close to the Paraty Náutica Store. The space is complete and comfortable, equipped with appliances, a dining set, bed linens and blankets — all in perfect condition to welcome you with comfort. 📍 We do not provide bath towels. 📍 We accept pets, according to the house rules. 🐕 Guest access Guests have access to all the indoor and outdoor spaces of the house. The house and outdoor space are for the exclusive use of the guests - There are no shared spaces. Other things to note 🚨 Important Guidelines When Leaving • Turn off the air conditioning. Leaving it on for long periods can cause problems with the circuit breaker — this has happened before. • Make sure all doors and windows are properly closed. • When opening the garage door, always keep the main gate closed. 🏠 Guest Liability The house is the guest's full responsibility throughout the stay. Any item that disappears or is damaged will be charged. 🐾 Pet Fee The pet fee is valid for the entire stay. Any damage caused by pets will also be charged. 💧 Pool If you have any questions about using the pool, please consult us. Do not leave the hose on to avoid wasting water.
