Eat in kitchen with stools at the granite countertop. Lots of sunlight in this serene atmosphere, This is a private 2 bedroom apartment not shared. There are two other units so you share a hallway to get to your unit. All units are stand alone and private. In some instances you may share an entrance or hallway depending upon which unit you may book, but all units are private and completely independent of each other. I like to give my guests space but I am local. I'm available when needed and also have backup if there is an emergency and I'm not immediately available. You can call me anytime with any questions and I can normally respond immediately or in under an hour as worse case scenario We are a couple blocks walk to the Long Island Railroad. There is a bus stop 1/4 block from entrance. We have free parking on the street, in a lot behind the building and in the lot to the right of our building in front of the blue house which is also a part of our property. Uber or yellow cab will arrive in under 5 min.at your door. Boat & water sports equipment rentals are available locally as well as Fishing Charter Boat Rentals. If you have your own boat, our Marina is right at your doorstep. Just ask for additional information as to availability and requirements . Pool, Ice Skating Rink & State of the Art Gym are all within 2 blocks as well as shopping, restaurants and entertainment. All we ask is that you keep our units reasonably clean, (as you would your own home), during your stay. Also we ask that you immediately notify us if something breaks in order to repair or replace so the next guest can have the same accommodations as you started with. For extended stays of 14 days plus, there is an inspection. If we see you are not taking care of the unit, we reserve the right to begin bringing in our cleaning crew bi weekly at an additional $98 charge per visit, which goes directly to our service team. To date, since we began requiring these inspections, it has not been necessary to enforce additional inspections or cleaning. We apologize for this inconvenience but we have had many longer term guests come here who have completely disrespected our units and property costing us hundreds and even thousands of dollars which has forced us to enforce a policy such as this.
