TINY HOME SAMSØ - 300 m from the water

TINY HOME SAMSØ is located about 800 meters from Sælvig Harbor with the two ferries to/from Jutland. The house was built in 2022 - we took it over in March 2024 - and are renovating it continuously to improve comfort and quality. It is 300 m to the water, where you can take a nice walk along the coast and 800 m to a fantastic beach with a jetty. The space The house of 27 sqm is decorated in Nordic style and contains: combined kitchen-living room, sleeping area, bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower and towel rail - in addition, modern outdoor kitchen with electric grill. Other things to note - Remember to clean the grill after use, as cleaning the house does not include the grill. - The fireplace must not be used during dry periods. - The shelter is not part of the lease - yet...
