This charming house is close to Historic downtown Honesdale with farmers markets, cafes, shoppes, scenic train rides, and a quaint central park. Our historic farm house is nestled on a beautifully landscaped 5.5 acres. Fully stocked fishing, boating, and swimming pond with sand beach. Easily accessible and yet wonderfully quiet. The space You will be renting the entire Main House, Suite #3, Rooms #1, #2 and #5 - with private and locked entrances. While you are renting the main structure of the property, there are a few other separate units on the property with long term tenants, and one additional short term rental unit. This rental can accommodate 20-24 people. Guest access Guests will have access to grounds, trampoline, gazebo with grill, and the pond for fishing, boating and swimming. Other things to note Areas you do not have access to: There are two additional apartments in the back of the property (separate building) where long term tenants live and a building which houses an additional cottage. Please Note: We can be flexible about early check-in. Baby Pack and Play available upon request. There is plenty of parking and the grounds are beautiful.
