A whole, detached house on private property, equipped with every luxury and with lots of privacy. Close to Diepenheim and Lochem, with plenty of cycling and hiking routes. Renovated in 2023. A spacious fenced garden of 1000 m2 with outdoor fireplace. On the edge of a quiet recreational park (without facilities and partly permanently inhabited). A place to enjoy nature: reset and relax. Parking at the vacation home, charging station, wood stove, underfloor heating, 3 air conditioners, rain shower. The space Through the front door you enter the hall, here is the toilet on the left. Straight ahead is the staircase up, to the left of which you walk through to the living room, sitting area and kitchen. Upstairs there is a landing and two bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king size bed, the smaller one with a queen size bed OR with 2 single beds. The bathroom with rain shower is accessible from both bedrooms (and can be locked from the inside). In the large room is a workplace. Extra space with washing machine and dryer. See the floor plans with the extra photos. Guest access Guests can use the entire home and the entire garden. There are no other people on the premises. The house is located on private property with a spacious driveway, lockable with a fence. Other things to note In the kitchen there are salt, pepper, olive oil, kitchen spices, a few coffee cups, various teas, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets. Also a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. A charging station has been placed in the driveway. Firewood is available for a fee, per basket of firewood with kindling and firelighters we charge €7.50. Bicycle rental is possible, including e-bikes, which are brought to and picked up from the park. Baby cot and high chair upon request.
