The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a colonial style recently renovated building. Located at walking distance of restaurants and bars, art, and culture. The apartment is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). This listing is gay-friendly and open to love of all kinds. Parking on the street is unrestricted, just follow the street sign instructions. Coffee, tea, sugar is provided for a breakfast on the run. The space The apartment is approximately 900 soft and it is located on the second floor of a colonial building built in the 1950’. Pets are allowed in the apartment (we love pets as well) anyway the number needs to be agreed with the host also we recommend for them to use their own sleeping blanket that you will find in the closet. A pet fee is applicable. Children crib is subject to availability and need to be checked in advance. Guest access All the apartment including the backdoor patio is fully accessible to the guests. Anyway, after 10 pm it is necessary to avoid noise or loud talking while in the back door patio to do not wake up the other tenants. Other things to note Breakfast “on the run” is provided. It consists of coffee, tea, oatmeal and cereal bars. Parking: Street parking is not restricted (most of the time you should be able to park in front of the building. Please do not park in front of the driveway. There is a parking space available nearby for $10 per night (to reserve private parking you must confirm with the host parking availability in advance, as other guests may have reserved it) Pets: Pets are allowed in the apartment (we love pets too). In any case, the number must be agreed with the host and we also recommend using the pet blankets that you will find in the closet. Pet fee applies.
