A Japanese-run hotel with a great location and a balcony

This is a Japanese-run hotel apartment with an excellent location and casual atmosphere in BKK1, the heart of Phnom Penh city. There is also a restaurant in the hotel where you can enjoy Japanese lunch. The key to the room is a smart lock, so you can check in and check out by yourself. Within a 5-minute walk, there are many recommended Japanese bakeries, cafes, pharmacies, hospitals, restaurants, and 24-hour convenience stores. Longer stays of more than a month are also very welcome. We offer a 50% discount if you stay for more than a month.(In that case, the cleaning is only once a month, there is no towel change, and if you run out of amenities, some of the services will be different, such as purchasing your own.) The space It is a small two-story boutique hotel apartment.(Stairs only) All 9 rooms have different designs. From simple rooms perfect for business or solo travelers, rooms with bathtubs and balconies, and rooms with kitchens recommended for longer stays. All rooms are non-smoking, but rooms with balconies are allowed to smoke on the balcony.(There is also a smoking space in the common space) We also provide a shared washing machine and microwave that you can use freely.
