This is your 4 season playground! This lakefront home is your avenue to relax, swim, hike, kayak, waterski, mountain/road bike, snow ski, ice skate, the list goes on. The home boasts a sunroom that gives 180 degree views of the lake and faces west for the sunset! Six ski resorts within an hour and 1 that is only 20 minutes away. Middlebury, VT and historic Middlebury College is 15 minutes. Middlebury offers fantastic dining. The space This home has 3 bedrooms upstairs with all 2 having water views. The ground floor boasts amazing views of the lake all around but likely you will enjoy the sunroom the most. Guest access The deck at the waterfront provides 53 feet of water front and likely where you will spend most of your time. We have a smart lock which makes for easy access upon arrival and throughout your stay. Other things to note The A/C is two mini splits. One is on the main floor and one in the master bedroom - room photos display basic operation. Best to run A/C during the day to have a cool night with bedroom doors open. Please know in the summer the lake is alive with fish and the forest is alive with all manor of life. In the evenings please assure when lights are on doors are closed, or flying insect friends will enter! Pets are an option if the following are true: - pets are trained to do their business outside - pet deposits outside are cleaned up after - pets stay off furniture - pets stay off beds * extra cleaning fees will apply if deep cleaning is required to mitigate urine, feces or other extreme contamination
