House 35 - Villa Nai Harn beach

This villa is ideally located in the heart of Nai Harn. Everything you need during your vacation is 150 meters away: 24-hour shops, restaurants, massage services. Located 150 m from the main road, and this ensures complete silence in the villa. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with a large area of 800 sq.m. It is a very quiet, calm and safe neighborhood. The wonderful beach is 2 km away, there is a lake near the beach, a walk or a jog around which will brighten your day. The space Our villa will be your second home during your stay in Phuket! There are three bedrooms, one of them is equipped as a children's room with 2 large single beds (2 meters long and 1 meter wide) with desks, and a large living room with a sofa and armchairs, which is ideal for both a family with children and for several couples! All amenities are at your disposal: Guest access - A large 7 by 4 meter swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, 4 sun loungers, sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower. - Free Wi-Fi, with high-speed line; - A fully equipped kitchen with all cooking amenities you may need during your holiday; A large selection of good quality electrical appliances: washing machine, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee grinder, microwave, blender, juicer, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, iron, stove, hair dryer, safe, etc. - All necessary utensils of good quality are available in sufficient quantities. - 2 LED TVs with HDMI cable for connection to laptop; - All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. The children's room and living room have ceiling air conditioners, which ensures an even distribution of cold air flows throughout the room, which is very comfortable. - A sofa bed in one of the bedrooms in addition to the beds – folds into a full double bed; An extra set of linen for the sofa is provided free of charge if you request at least 2 days before check-in (see House Rules); - All bedrooms also have a separate exit to the garden. - Two bathrooms with showers and another bathroom without a shower. - A large terrace with a barbecue, a large table and armchairs for alfresco dining. - There is a horizontal bar designed for children and adults, a tennis table. - We provide free weekly cleaning with change of linen (see House Rules). - We provide a set of 3 towels for 6 people. - We clean the pool twice a week. - Water is provided free of charge, the cost of electricity is paid separately (for more information see "House Rules") - Transfer arrangements (see House Rules). Rules of accommodation: When booking a place for a week or more, we provide an additional 10% discount, and when booking for a month, a 20% discount, but electricity is paid separately according to the meters, as the cost varies significantly depending on the use of the air conditioning. The cost of 1kW is 5 baht. For a full month, the electricity bill can range from 4,000 baht to 10,000 baht (if you do not turn off the air conditioners at all). The average cost with reasonable use is from 6 thousand to 7 thousand baht per month; For bookings over 3 months, the owner is ready to provide an additional discount, please contact the owner for this. Please note that cleaning is done once a week, with a change of bed linen, while you can wash towels yourself using the washing machine. The apartment has all the cleaning equipment – washing machine, vacuum cleaner and mop. We can offer additional cleaning with a change of linen and towels for 1500 Baht. - Check-in after 14:00, check-out before 12:00. If we have the opportunity, we are always glad to give you more time for free, provided the next guest is not already waiting at the door; we are also ready to change the arrival time if possible (preliminary agreement). - If you wish, we can arrange an airport transfer for you. Our driver will meet you. Rates: daytime from 8 am to 10 pm - 1000 baht; late evening & early morning from 10 pm to midnight and from 6 to 8 am - 1200 baht; night time from midnight to 6 am - 1500 baht. If you decide to get to the apartment yourself, save the location in your phone using GPS to show it to the driver. Taxi drivers usually ask for the hotel's phone number, but we are not in the hotel and often cannot explain over the phone how to find us. Please do not give our phone number to the driver except in emergencies, and also remember that we also rest at night:) - No smoking inside the house, please smoke outside.
