Our cabin is the perfect home base for families & couples planning a peaceful Wisconsin getaway. Whether you're looking to spend your days boating on nearby lakes (Petenwell, Castle Rock, Lake Friendship), fishing, riding ATV trails, or exploring nearby Wisconsin Dells, our cottage is your ideal destination! The space The house sits on 3.5 acres in the heart of Arkdale, WI near Lake Arkdale. The boat launch is walking distance from the property. The lake is a no-wake lake, perfect for kayaking or small fishing boats. Larger boats or recreational watercraft are more suited for other, larger, nearby lakes. Castle Rock Lake, Petenwell Lake, Lake Friendship, and Big Roche-A-Cri Lake are all within a 15-20 minute drive. We are located near ATV/UTV Trails, make sure to stay on appropriate trails at all times. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful fire-pit area in our Adirondack chairs. The fire-pit has an adjustable grate you can cook on. If there is a no burn ordinance you will be notified prior to your stay. We are pet friendly! There will be a charge of $25 per pet per night, maximum of two pets. Guest access You will have access the living space on the main floor of the home. The unfinished basement and garage will NOT be accessible. No access to wash/dryer. Other things to note The minimum age requirement to rent in this county is 25. A security camera is installed facing the front of the property for safety purposes only. Any tampering with the camera — including covering, unplugging, or obstructing it in any way — is a direct violation of house rules and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
