Enjoy a home away from home in our pet friendly one bedroom upper unit. Centrally located to Buffalo Airport, downtown Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Buffalo Bills Stadium, many universities, hospitals, and more. Newly renovated unit has full kitchen, spacious walk in shower, washer/dryer in unit, and king size bed. Air mattress available for additional guests. Great neighborhood, central to many stores and restaurants. The space This remodeled upper unit uses a private side entrance. Once you are upstairs you will find a one bedroom unit with a king bed, bathroom with walk in shower and rainfall showerhead, kitchen with full fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee bar, and stove. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Four person dining table. Roku tvs in living room and bedroom with access to spectrum cable. Unit is fully heated and air conditioned, however the control board for climate is in the lower unit, if you are not comfortable please message host. Two twin air mattresses are available for use if there are four guests. However this unit is more suitable for two adults and two children. Guest access You will have full access to a one bedroom upper unit with walk in shower, washer/dryer, equipped kitchen with full stove, fridge, microwave, coffee station, and living room. Bedroom and living room have roku tv with internet access as well as spectrum basic cable. Parking available in driveway, however it is narrow and caution should be used in winter months. Other things to note The outside of the house is a work in progress as we are still beautifying things, however the unit is brand new and beautiful! The driveway does get icy in winter and while I do my best to keep things clear and hazard free please use caution when it’s snowing.
