Three-bedroom house in an elevated, sunny position in a great location, close to Oneroa and walking distance to the beaches of Little Oneroa, Hekerua and Sandy Bay. A big private site, with multiple outdoor and all weather entertaining areas, set up a sweeping, sealed driveway, with 3 carparks. Fully furnished, open-plan living, and warmed by heat pumps, and a fireplace. The grounds bordered by nikau palms, cabbage trees, etc, offer space to spread out and have fun in the sun. The space Upstairs are 3 bedrooms set up as, 2 x Queen bedrooms, and in the 3rd bedroom has 2 king singles. Downstairs is an additional large open plan space with a heat pump, and it’s own bathroom and on request can be up with 2 x single beds, perfect for extended Family or teens / kids. The downstairs is an additional cost. All upstairs beds have pillows and duvet & duvet covers supplied. Plus a provided linen/sheet option is available. A great location! Walk via the walking track, or 3 mins drive, to stunning Hekerua and Sandy Bay swimming coves for sublime summer dips, or the excitement of the blowhole. Or walk / 4 mins drive to Oneroa. Or only 2 mins walk to the local bus stops. There's plenty of parking and plenty of turnaround space, so bring your boat! An adjacent under-deck area also provides room for kayaks and the beach toys. Outside, the wide deck extends right along the side of the house to the private bushy back garden and pretty patio area - a delightful spot, where there's also a little lawn, with a good deal more grass to play on at the front of the property, so bring your bat and balls.
