Please pay attention and make note of those days on which street sweeping occurs and be diligent about obeying posted notices so as not to be ticketed. We have a keyless entry through a Nest Smart Lock. On the day of your arrival, a four (4) digit code will be sent to you. It will be valid for the duration of your stay. We also have a Nest camera outside the front door and on the Garage. There are no cameras in the home. A late check-out fee of $30 per hour applies. A $250 penalty fee will be charged for any smoking violations.
