Hillview Cottage is a charming, peaceful 2 bedroom home nestled in a private, fully fenced garden setting. Comfortably accommodating 4 people in 2 bedrooms with romantic styling, guests will enjoying all the modern amenities of a fully renovated home. The sparkling kitchen leads to an undercover deck area, perfect for relaxed outdoor dining, enjoying a glass of SA wine and a BBQ. Accessing the city is a breeze with a bus stop mere steps away. Families and small pets are very welcome. The space As you enter the property through the pretty cottage garden, a dedicated off street carpark is available to guests behind an automatic roller door. The open plan LIVING area enjoys lovely garden views, super comfortable sofas, and a large flat screen TV. This area is serviced by a powerful split system air conditioner for year round comfort. The full KITCHEN has everything you'll need to cook up a storm, with high quality gas cooktop, electric oven, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and lots of bench space. There is a NESPRESSO coffee machine and a selection of teas for your enjoyment. BEDROOM 1 has a luxurious KING bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and a ceiling fan. There are blockout blinds and high quality curtains creating a very peaceful space for a great sleep. BEDROOM 2 features a romantic DOUBLE bed, ceiling fan, a generous chest of drawers and robe for your belongings. There is a dedicated WORKSPACE with desk, lamp and power points, which can be closed off from the main living room, should you need to work during your stay. The fully renovated BATHROOM - LAUNDRY has a lovely rain shower head and full sized bath great for a relax in the tub! Please note the shower is over the bath, however there is a sturdy grab rail for your safety when stepping in and out. There is a washing machine and clothesline located in the airy undercover decked area outside should you need to do some laundry. High quality cotton bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
