Surrounded by lush meadows, arven and larch forests, and the fantastic mountains of the Münstertal (Val Müstair), the house offers a magnificent view of the opposite mountain panorama and the snow-capped Ortler. The special thing about our cottage is its location away from mass tourism on a sunny high plateau above the Münstertal, on the edge of Lü. The small village is located in Graubünden at an altitude of almost 2000 meters. The space Chasa Laret, the house larch forest, guarantees pure relaxation. Here, in one of the most beautiful corners of Switzerland, you can relax. The house, plastered with traditional scraffito, was built in 1979, is tastefully decorated in the style of the valley, and can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. There are two residential units under the deep-drawn roof. Only the so-called main house with a good 70 square meters is rented, so you have the detached chalet and the south garden with terrace to yourself. Through a wind-protected entrance area you can reach the hallway, shower room and small kitchen. The two bedrooms are furnished with typical arven furniture. The living room offers a corner bench with a large dining table for cozy laps by the oven, and impresses with its height and the view of the beams. From here, a staircase leads to the open gallery with three sleeping berths for children, sofa and writing space. From the balcony, which is partly glazed, you have a wide view over meadows and mountains of the Val Müstair. The garden below invites you to barbecue, play table tennis and cozy sitting or lounging. In the garden floor are also washing machine, dryer and garden furniture. There are two parking spaces on the property. The Chasa Laret is the last house in the village, across the street from the community house. The paved cantonal road, which is also cleared in winter, ends here at the edge of the village of Lü. There is no through traffic. Important to know: Chasa Laret is a holiday home for individualists and nature lovers. Our greatest luxury is the unique location in the magnificent mountains and the magnificent view. There is TV, but no phone or internet connection.
