Surrounded by lush meadows, stone pine and larch forests, and the dreamlike mountains of the Münstertal (Val Müstair), the house offers a magnificent view of the opposite mountain panorama and the snow-covered Ortler. The special feature of our vacation home is its location away from mass tourism on a sunny high plateau above the Münstertal, on the outskirts of Lü. The small village is located in Graubünden at an altitude of almost 2000 meters. The space Chasa Laret, the house Lärchenwald, guarantees pure relaxation. Here, in one of the most beautiful corners of Switzerland, you can relax. The house, plastered with traditional scraffito, was built in 1979, is tastefully decorated in the style of the valley, and can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. There are two residential units under the low roof. Only the so-called main house with a good 70 square meters is rented, so you have the detached chalet and the south garden with terrace for yourself. Through a sheltered entrance area you can reach the hallway, shower room and small kitchen. The two bedrooms are furnished with local Swiss pine furniture. The living room offers a corner bench with a large dining table for cozy rounds by the stove, and impresses with its height and the view of the beams. From here, a staircase leads to the open gallery with three sleeping berths for children, sofa and writing desk. From the balcony, which is partly glazed, you have a wide view over meadows and mountains of the Val Müstair. The garden below invites you to barbecue, play table tennis and sit comfortably or laze around. The garden floor also has a washing machine, dryer and garden furniture. Two parking spaces are available on the property. The Chasa Laret is the last house in the village, opposite the parish hall. The paved cantonal road, which is also cleared in winter, ends here on the edge of the village of Lü. There is no through traffic. Important to know: Chasa Laret is a holiday home for individualists and nature lovers. Our greatest luxury is the unique location in the magnificent mountains and the grandiose view.
