It’s minutes from Tx A & M Commerce, Ladonia Town Square, Ladonia Fossil Park and Lake Ralph Hall. Enjoy fossil hunting, bird watching and fishing locally. Escape to our prairie land retreat for solitude and tranquility while enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets along with the millions of beautiful stars on a clear sky night. No Pet Exceptions! Pet Allergies. The space Our space is for those who appreciate living as our great grand parents lived. Without modern day electricity nor water connections in home. It’s important to re-acclimate yourself to nature as you were designed. With modern day advancements, artificial lights and air are common in our living spaces. We encourage an experience free of modern technology and full indulgence in the outdoors. Upon request and with an additional cost for fuel (only), a window air conditioning unit is available. Guest access The front two acres is accessible with booking the shipping container and detached guest suite. Other things to note This is an off the grid raw nature experience. Wild life is all around, more active during the evenings and night. If you see any wildlife we strongly suggest not to approach nor lure it into your area. Smoking is allowed outdoor and dispose of any smoking material in the appropriate smoking receptacle.
