60 m2 village apartment located in the greenery of Yvignac-la-tour. It can accommodate 3 people for a peaceful vacation with family or friends. Accommodation spread over 2 floors: living room/kitchen on the ground floor, upstairs a large bedroom and its adjoining shower room. The space The apartment is fully equipped with fitted kitchen, a spacious bedroom offering two beds (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet, a balcony on the street side. The little ones - Bed linens/bath linens provided - Fresh eggs and garden nuts at your disposal - 10% for a week booked Proximity to different tourist places: - 20min from Dinan, medieval town - 40 min from Rennes - 45min from the beaches of St Malo, Dinard, Cancale, St Jacut, Lancieux - 45min from the forest of Brocéliande - 1h Cap Fréhel and Mont St Michel Guest access - Independent access to the apartment after key handover. - Free access to the pond across the street from the accommodation (swimming and fishing not allowed). Other things to note - Use of the washing machine for an extra €5 per wash (specify your wish to use it upon arrival). - The opaque glass door of the room is adjacent to my main house but locked for your private stay (blackout curtains on both sides).
