Relax with the whole family. Located on stunning Liverpool Bay, Chickadee Haven is your home base as you discover the beautiful South Shore. This mid-century modern, smoke free home has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay; a large well-equipped kitchen, dedicated work space, lovely sitting room, a games room with foosball table, arcade games, large screen TV, and cozy wood stove. For EV drivers, we have a level 2 charger. Take the fern forest path to the ocean/rock beach The space There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. There is ample parking. There is a dedicated work space with a Herman Miller chair. The games room has three arcade games and a foosball table. You’ll also find a large screen TV, with Roku and there is a large, comfy sectional couch to relax on. The rock beach is a short walk through the fern forest. This beach would not be the type for paddle boarding etc. It is ideal for appreciating the ocean vista and its natural beauty. We have a Tesla level 2 charger for guest use. EVs with a J1772 port can use a NASC to J1772 adaptor to charge (adaptor not provided). Guest access Reach Liverpool via the Trans Canada Hwy 103. Follow road guides into Liverpool, turn left onto Main Street at the 3-way stop and then turn right onto School Street. Continue on this street as it leads you directly to Mersey Point. There is a turquoise painted mailbox with 457 painted in pink. The lane for the house is directly across the road from the mailbox. The lane is a bit long but you will find Chickadee Haven on the left at the end of the lane. Access into the house is via a keypad. You will receive the code 24 hours before check-in. If there is trouble with the keypad, we can guide you to a securely stored house key. Other things to note Please note that access to the ocean is via a forest path. We have a rocky shoreline.
