Nestled in the heart of the greenery on a plot of more than 1000 m², the house borders a river full of fish and suitable for swimming. Ideally located: In Nozay, only 25 minutes from Nantes and 40 minutes from Rennes, 1 hour from the sea and 3.5 hours from Paris. A paradise for athletes and children. Gym & games room The space Spread over 4 floors, the house offers a huge 80m² living room on the ground floor with an open kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The sleeping area includes 4 beautiful independent bedrooms (with 160 cm and 180 cm double beds), 2 modern bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower) and 3 toilets. Floor 1: Bedroom 1 with 160cm bed, carpeted, 2 large windows. Bedroom 2 with a 160cm bed on hardwood floors, 2 windows. Bedroom 3 with 160cm bed on carpet, 2 windows. 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Floor 2: Bedroom 4 with 180cm bed, 1 window, hardwood floor. 1 bathroom with shower.* 1WC Game room and gym in annex building. Accessible tennis court (and basketball hoop). Guest access The entire house is accessible. The gym is available on request after signing a waiver. Other things to note Convenience stores and supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away.
