Welcome to our self-contained guesthouse! Nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, our detached unit features a separate entrance, modern amenities and a well-equipped kitchenette. While you stay you can meet our friendly onsite Corgi, and explore Balclutha's attractions conveniently. Explore the nearby Naish Park, the beautiful Catlins and the Balclutha township. While you enjoy your privacy, rest assured that we’re just a stone’s throw away in our main house if you need anything. The space This room is located at the rear of our property, attached to the garage. It is fully self-contained. The room is an open plan studio with living area, kitchen and a queen sized bed. The lounge area has a smart TV. The kitchenette is complete with a fridge, microwave and mini-oven (you can use this oven as a toaster!) and all dining essentials. The host lives onsite in the main house. The driveway and garden area are shared spaces which you are welcome to use during your stay. Self check in and out is available for your convenience. She is well-behaved and enjoys meeting new friends. We kindly ask that you please do not let her into the room. There are no laundry facilities available on site, however the laundromat is located less than 1km from the property, only 10 minutes walk.
