There are no electricity, water or sanitation services in the Villa yet, so it has its own self-generated solar energy, its own drinking water, a grill and a covered garage. The difference is the comfort and amenities provided by the very cozy and extremely elegant place, close to the lake and tourist places and shopping center, suppliers and restaurants. The space * Excellent location just 600 meters from the shopping area (downtown) and 700 meters from the Meliquina lake inn. * Rented with bicycles (4) included in your stay * A very quiet area because it is the beginning of the Meliquina Forest. * Only 60 meters from the María de Cauce permanent stream. *The house has a double kayak that can be used responsibly. Guest access To be able to enter, guests must have paid for the number of days they are going to stay. In case they decide to stay more days, they must notify at least 72 hours prior to check-out. The property is rented for a minimum of 4 days. Other things to note The operation of the house should be briefly explained to them because it is a self-sustaining property in a region where there are no electricity services, that is, basic information on its operation should be provided. The house is provided with 1 m3 of firewood for the property's heating system.
