In the heart of the Pays de Bray, the gite du Bel Air welcomes you in a green setting for moments of tranquility. In an old farmhouse, the cottage adjoining the owners house is in the middle of pastures. You'll enjoy the view of the Normandy landscape. The advantage of this place is its authentic character, the charm of the old. You will enjoy the panoramic view of the Normandy countryside by the pastures of our horses and the pond with its ducks. The accommodation is composed of: Ground floor - Fitted kitchen open to the living room with: oven, microwave , dishwasher, hob and fridge/freezer. Small appliances available: a Tassimo coffee maker (pod not provided), a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. - Room/living room with pellet stove (one bag offered for stays of more than 2 nights), sofa bed, TV with Canal+. - Separate restroom - Shower room: Towels are at your disposal. Hair dryer. Floor - Landing serving the 2 bedrooms with safety gate for the stairs. - 1 Bedroom with 2 beds 90*200 - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90*200 and 1 bed 160*200 A cleaning fee of €75 is offered. If you do not opt for the package, all cleaning supplies are provided to allow you to clean the accommodation as you arrived. We'll give you the option to choose.
