All rooms have a full view of the ocean and Morro do Careca. In the apartment there are two bedrooms (01 suite with split air-conditioning and 01 semi-suite with split air-conditioning), curtains with total blackout, two beds, Queen and double and cabinets, easily accommodating 4 people, in addition to hangers for hammocks. The 5th guest will be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room or on an inflatable single mattress in one of the bedrooms. Living room with 32" LED Smart TV, DVD, sofa bed, ensuring great comfort and rest. Dining room, kitchen equipped with dishes and cutlery, microwave, stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker and washing machine. Balcony and bedrooms with full ocean views, unobstructed. A great place to sit and read (or write) a book, accompanied by a good brandy. Bed and bath linens are provided, but beach towels are not. Guest access In the leisure area, we have a swimming pool, multi-sport court, party room, complete and equipped gym, sauna, and Jacuzzi, for relaxing at the end of the day. 1 covered parking space and one more rotating space (visitor). Other things to note On the street of the condominium there are several leisure options, including the famous Rastapé dance house. Nearby there are also restaurants, the craft mall and car rental. Check-in time is flexible and check-out time is until 12 noon, but negotiable if there are no other guests leaving or arriving on the same dates. This 2-hour interval is required for general cleaning of the apartment.
