"BAMBOO" GITE in the Countryside

Old house with character. You'll love our place because of its location and outdoor space. Its heated swimming pool from May to September, DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER, shared with another gîte, its petanque court, its trampoline, a portico for the little ones. It is perfect for families with children and babies. We provide you with, on request, a baby bed, high chair and baby bath, at no extra cost. The space Ground floor: large living room; equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic stove, microwave... dining area and seating area with TV and insert (wood not included). 1 toilet and laundry area. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200) and a baby bed (shallow bar bed). 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 200). 1 toilet. 1 bathroom (shower and bathtub) The attic is currently condemned for the development of a 3rd bedroom and a second bathroom in the future. Private terrace on the south/west side with garden furniture and barbecue. Other things to note OPTIONS: - We offer bed linen rental (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase) for €10 per bed. - You can also take the "departure cleaning" option for €60. Otherwise, you will be asked for a deposit check upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay if the cleaning is done correctly. - Towels, tea towels, cleaning products not provided. - Electricity consumption is charged in addition (meter reading on arrival and then on the day of departure for billing of consumption). - No pets allowed due to bad experiences. - The cottage is non-smoking, an ashtray is at your disposal outside on the terrace. - Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August, check-in from 4 p.m., check-out no later than 10 a.m. We can be more flexible on check-in and check-out days and times out of season within reasonable limits. - Parties, birthdays, noisy evenings... are forbidden in order to respect the tranquility of everyone. NEW YEAR'S EVE ACCEPTED. - Petanque balls, balls, balloons, rackets... are not provided. - Formalities for the handover of the keys: *signing of a rental contract and its general rental conditions - delivery of a deposit cheque of €300 which will be returned to you no later than 7 days after your departure. - WEEKLY DISCOUNT EXCLUDING JULY AND AUGUST 10% - DISCOUNT PER MONTH EXCLUDING JULY AND AUGUST 70%
