Old house with character. You'll love our place because of its location and outdoor space. Its heated pool from May to September, DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER, shared with another cottage, a petanque court, a table tennis table, a trampoline, and a play structure for the little ones. It is perfect for families with children and babies. We provide you with, on request, a baby bed, high chair and baby bath, at no extra cost. The space Ground floor: large living room; equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, microwave... Dining area and living area with television and insert (wood not included). 1 toilet and laundry area. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200) and a baby bed. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 200). 1 toilet. 1 bathroom (shower) The attic is currently closed off, with plans to create a third bedroom and a second bathroom in the future. Private terrace on the south/west side with garden furniture and BBQ. Other things to note OPTIONS: - We offer bed linen rental (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase) for €10 per bed. - You can also take the "end-of-stay cleaning" option for €60. Otherwise, you will be asked for a security deposit check upon arrival and returned at the end of your stay if cleaning is done properly. - Towels, dish towels, cleaning supplies not provided. - Electricity consumption is charged in addition (meter reading upon arrival and then on the day of departure for billing consumption). - No pets allowed after bad experiences. - The cottage is non-smoking, an ashtray is available outside on the terrace. - Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August, with check-in from 4 pm and checkout no later than 10 am. We can be more flexible on check-in and check-out days and times during the off-season, within reasonable limits. - parties, birthdays, noisy evenings... are prohibited in order to respect everyone's peace and quiet.
