"BAMBOO" GITE in the Countryside

Old house of character. You'll love our place for its location and outdoor space. Its heated pool from mid-May to September, ACCORDING TO LA METEO, shared with another lodge, its petanque court, its trampoline, a portico for the little ones. It is perfect for families with children and babies. We provide, on request, an umbrella bed, highchair and baby bath, at no extra charge. The space Ground floor : large living room; equipped kitchen dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, vitroceramic stove, microwave... dining area and lounge area with television and insert (wood not included). 1 toilet and lingerie area. Floor : 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200) and a baby bed (shallow bar bed). 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 200). 1 toilet. 1 bathroom (shower and bath) The attic is currently in the planning stage for a 3rd bedroom and a second bathroom in the future. Private terrace south/west side with garden furniture and BBQ. Other things to note OPTIONS: - We offer bed linen rental (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase) for €10 per bed. - You can also take the option "departure cleaning" for 60€. Otherwise, you will be asked for a deposit check at your arrival and returned at the end of your stay if cleaning is done properly. - Bathroom linen, tea towels, cleaning supplies not provided. - Electricity consumption is charged in addition (meter reading on arrival then on the day of departure for consumption billing). - No pets allowed after bad experiences. - The cottage is non-smoking, an ashtray is available outside on the terrace. - Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August, check-in from 4pm, departure no later than 10am. We can be more flexible on the days and times of arrival and off-season departure within the reasonable limit. - parties, birthdays, noisy evenings... are prohibited in order to respect everyone's tranquility.
