Living areas are on the bright, open, airy South side, sleeping areas are on the cooler North side. Views of Elk Ridge, Antietam Creek & Potomac River Valley. Large roofed porch & stone patio with fire pit & Solo Stove insert, charcoal grill, hammock, & Adirondack chairs for relaxing. The patio is surrounded by a native plant garden, with native oaks, redbuds, sweetgum & other trees for strategic shade. Coffee maker and electric kettle with basic coffee & tea selection, kitchen basics and spice mixes. All linens & towels are new & unique to the property. Our well water contains iron sulfides that are good for your skin, even if it smells a little funny. We stock some basic firewood and kindling, as well as charcoal for the grill. Guest access You will have the whole house, & the space around it. A native plant garden surrounds the patio, & we have planted over 250 native trees & shrubs on the property. There is a large meadow area to the East, & trails around the native tree plantings. The West side is steeper, & meets the neighboring property.
