The landscape make you feel as if you're on a vacation retreat. Very peaceful and tranquil setting. Walking distance to Lake Seminole Park and 6-minute drive to the sandy Florida beaches. The yard is fully fenced and there's room for a utility vehicle/outdoor toy in driveway. 25-30 minutes away includes many other tourist attractions where some are listed under guide book. Extremely well-maintained home, perfect for full vacation, work space or weekend getaways. VERY quiet, safe neighborhood loads of trees. The pool gets plenty of warm and direct sunlight. Enjoy the outdoor areas with lush landscaping, grill and a gorgeous pool- 6 inch fence for total privacy! Enjoy relaxing in the shade reading a book or sunshine. Great restaurants and attractions 2 minutes away include tennis and Golf country club, Seminole Lake Park, great shopping, much more. 6-7 Minutes away includes beaches, Paddleboard rentals, parasail rentals. 2 desks- inside Bedroom 2 and 4. Hallway bedroom has a stand up desk and chair with monitor and keyboard. Fully stocked kitchen supplies with pots, pans, tea pot, coffee maker, loads of silverware, wine glasses, plates, wooden salad bowl, basic seasonings. Also includes a Vitamix blender, new blender, Airfryer, stir fry pan and more. Note, I have a "Pay it forward" cabinet for sharing such as anything like seasonings that can stay trusted and safe. There are basic items in frig such as mayo, ketchup, or dressings. These are in the side of frig optional to use or not. This is checked regularly for outdated or older foods. Please only buy things from a squirt bottle versus jar for sanitary reasons if you want to contribute. There are 4 bedrooms including a large master suite with a private bathroom. Inside this bedroom includes an area that can be used as your choice- a library, blow up mattress bed or yoga room. There are plenty of books to read and take care of during your stay. Please return books exactly where they were. 3 of the bedrooms include a queen size bed, full closets and dressers. Two bedrooms have a desk, one which is an electric stand-up desk and a TV in that same room. The 4th bedroom is smaller and has an XL twin trundle day bed, 2 XL twin mattresses and desk. Desk can be used as a dresser but there is not a closet in that room -often more suitable for younger ones. There is a closet in the hallway as you walk in the home which can also be used if needed. The pictures for the master bedroom suite and bath were taken with my iphone so please forgive the narrow shots. One walk in closet stays locked in master suite for storage. There is another very large closet open for guests to use. Outside of that the entire house is yours. Closets and drawers are empty in all bedrooms except extra sheets, blankets or pillows. All closets have plenty of hangers. One bedroom includes an ironing board and iron. Of course, all items are to be taken care of, cleaned as needed, left in home and put back where you found them. All 3 bedrooms overlook tropical landscaping/trees through windows. Master suite is almost 3X size of other bedrooms. The water softener is a high-end softener, healthy for skin and hair. This is a high-end carbon filter which kills chlorine and a long list of pesticides, bacteria and other contaminants. There is a new high quality air-conditioning and filters are regularly changed. AC unit regularly cleaned and has an ultra-violet light to prevent humidity, mold and mildew. Home supports a holistic lifestyle with crystal infusion in grid, non-toxic cleansers, chemical and smoke free environment. This is an allergy free home with loads of healthy indoor plants that clean the air. . Only fragrance free soaps on sheets, etc. Ballroom/social dancers or Yogis will LOVE the open space mirrored studio area to support practice while visiting. Just simply move the table down in front of bookshelf to open the space. Or, some may just want to play music and boogie! Very comfortable mattresses/ beds-( Master suite- hybrid temperpedic). Note, only one bedroom has a TV but there is a TV in Family room. Mattress cover sheets are changed regularly as well as bedspread washed. Mattress cover is also cleaned each time. Garage has washer and dryer, umbrellas and beach chairs, 1 bike and coolers. These must be rinsed , taken care of and put back in same place if borrowing. Please inform me if any are damaged from your usage. I am open to having families with children but prefer they are controlled to keep from damaging anything or getting hurt. I am concerned about liability with pool for young children. Please message me prior to booking family. Although I love them, no animals are allowed due to potential damages or allergy reasons for other guests. Immaculate home-cleaning after each guest takes 5-6 hours including inside and out. If planning to use grill, please let me know and I will make sure it is ready. Please no smoking inside or out including vapor substitutes. No smokers. Thank you! Note: there is one security camera at the front of the garage outside that views number of cars entering the driveway. There is also a camera at the front door. No other cameras are in the home. You may park in garage. I leave garage door opener in kitchen drawer to right of the stove with the house manual. Remote lock box at door- code will change for each guest as it is connected to Wifi. When requested or if new to AirBNB, sometimes I will greet at door and provides walk through as well as answering any questions. Other things to note The garage features a washer and dryer for your convenience. The garage also has an additional frigerater and freezer. While the space is primarily set up for guests, please note that I keep some personal items in designated areas of the garage. Inside the closets, you'll find an ironing board, a fan, and a few items available for borrowing—please remember to return them to their original places. One closet in the master bathroom is locked for storage, but guests have access to a spacious second closet in the master bedroom, which is five times the size of a typical hotel closet. Each of the three main bedrooms includes a large dresser with empty drawers for your belongings. You'll also find books in two areas; you're welcome to read them, but please take care of them and ensure they remain in the home, put back in same spot. Trash days- Tuesday and Fridays- early AM. Green and grey bins Recycling- Wednesday AM. Blue bin Pool Maintenance During certain times of the year, leaves from the oak trees may fall into the pool. The pool is always chemically safe and clean for swimming, but you might need to net it occasionally if leaves accumulate. The pool pump typically runs for 12 hours a day. After rainstorms or during particularly windy periods, you may need to spend 5-10 minutes netting the pool. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel, and daily pool service is not provided. Weekly service is provided. Grill Please let us know if you need to use so we ensure it is clean. If gas tank is empty from a prior guest, guest can purchase gas for $20. There is a Home Depot close by. Check-In/Check-Out Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If you have specific needs, feel free to ask! All sheets and towels are washed with fragrance-free, hypoallergenic detergent. Our home is a smoke-free environment, and we use only green products and non-toxic cleaners.
