The tranquil countryside location is unique in its beauty and proximity to the World Heritage city of Bath (8 mins drive). A delicious full breakfast menu is served each morning in the pub (sold separately). (Double room with en-suit bathroom) The space The rooms are clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated to be in keeping with the historic building. Each room comes with amenities such as linen, towels, soap and toiletries, central heating, storage, TV and a tea/coffee making station. Guest access Guests are welcome to make use of the car park, the pub and the pub garden. During your stay During your stay, you will feel safe and comforted by the fact that the pub is open all day and therefore there are always friendly, helpful staff on hand should you need anything. In addition to this, we have several members of staff living above the pub who can be called upon should there be a night time emergency. Other things to note The Wheelwrights Arms is considered by many, to be the best breakfast in the whole of Bath. Served each morning in the pub and is open to the public as well as guests. Expect to see classics such as the 'full meaty' alongside signature breakfast dishes such as our 'hangover hash browns' and 'Mexicana' with avocado and poached eggs. We also bake our own sourdough bread each morning and place an emphasis on real 'from scratch cooking' making everything we can here on site. Food is served alongside locally roasted, artisan coffee and also, (made to order) cold pressed juices such as our 'original' made using fresh carrots, ginger, apples and lemon. Breakfast is sold separate to the room rate.
