You will enjoy a comfortably equipped room on the 1st floor of our house and a garden with open views of the Annecy mountains. Access to the common areas will allow you to enjoy the dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and the outdoors to relax. The space Activities: From the house, you can explore beautiful hiking trails that start directly from our home, offering splendid views of the surrounding area. Ideally located, our house is 20 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Lake Bourget, 35 minutes from Geneva, and 1 hour 10 minutes from Chamonix and Lyon. Guest access Guest access By car: Easily accessible, our house is 20 minutes from two different highways. By bus: A line serves the village located at the bottom of our street. Please note that there is a steep climb to reach the house (about a 15-20 minute walk). By train: Bellegarde train station is a 20-minute drive away, offering a convenient connection for your travels. During your stay We can be reached by phone or directly through the app during your stay. Other things to note Information to note: We live in the house and respect your peace and quiet.
