Dreamy Pool House

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub. The space The Poolhouse can sleep a couple comfortably, but does have a sofa bed downstairs if you're happy for a child or 2 to be downstairs or a 3rd adult. It has its own patio, outside seating area, and 2 person wood fired hot tub. It is set on its own, overlooking the 12m biotop unheated natural pool and orchard. 10 minutes from the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon. It is part of the Talton estate, comprising of Talton House (200m away), Lodge (100m away), and Barn (150m away), and all guests have access to the pool. Linen and towels are provided, but do bring another towel for the pool and hot tub. You can buy wood for the hot tub and wood-burning stove from the hosts, or you can bring your own. If you'd like the hot tub pre-filled and heated for your arrival, its an extra £50 to be paid directly to the hosts. If you fill, bring fire wood, and heat the hot tub yourself, it is free of charge. Guest access Guests have access to 34 acres of orchard, woodland, and parkland. As well as the pool and tennis court. Other things to note There may be some cold water enthusiasts staying on the estate that will come and use the pool. Guests must be comfortable climbing up the ladder to bed. Parking is 60m away, then a walk up the farm track or across the orchard. There is no wifi, there is a TV
