Spacious beachfront house

Enjoy a well-deserved beach vacation in this house located less than two hours from San José. Oceanfront and surrounded by nature, this spacious property is the perfect place for a getaway not far from the city. The property has its own pool ideal for cooling off from the heat. At the BBQ ranch you can prepare a barbecue or just sit and listen to the sound of the waves. The space The house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. The house has four comfortable rooms, each with air conditioning to ensure the rest of all guests. It has two bathrooms available inside the house and a half bathroom outside, near the pool area. This is an excellent opportunity to experience a vacation in a safe environment, as it is located in a gated community, and in a privileged natural environment, where unexpected visitors can be friendly monkeys, raccoons and limpets, and where instead of a patio there is the beach and the sea. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, from the front for parking vehicles, the house, the pool area and access to the beach through which you can walk the 3 kilometers that make up Playa Tivives. The sea has dangerous waves and the beach does not have lifeguards, so we do not recommend swimming in the sea. Other things to note The entrance to Playa Tivives is located 7 km from Highway 27. There is no public transportation that enters the property. There are also no supermarkets within the community, only a small Minisuper, so it is advisable to bring what you need to prepare food. However, there are two small restaurants that offer home delivery.
