Mavis' Mountain Cottage overlooking the Gold Coast

Mavis's Mountain Cottage is fully self contained, light, airy and located on parkland acres on the eastern escarpment. The Gold Coast views are breathtaking! The cottage contains fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings, Wi-Fi, aircon and ceiling fans. There are two outdoor decks and picnic basket provided for your use. Easy walking distance to local wineries and the popular glowworm caves. A short drive to local cafes and shops on the famous Gallery Walk and walking trails in the National Parks. The space For us there is nothing like being in the mountains. We love the blanket of silence that envelopes you and is only interruptible by the calling of birds. At least for one morning, reward yourself and get up early, make a hot drink and watch the sunrise. In the late afternoon you can see the sun light-up the Gold Coast buildings. Of course it is not always still air and sunshine. When the wind comes up or the rain sets in there is the glorious sensation of being snug in a warm cottage safe and sound. Tamborine Mountain will give you many great memories to which, at Mavis's Mountain Cottage, you will add the experience of not just visiting, but staying on the eastern escarpment.
