The home has a completely separate downstairs guesthouse also available for rent. The two spaces are completely separate and can only be accessed from the outside. A short drive or bike ride will bring you to the large UCF campus and surrounding dining and shopping options. A 45 minute drive will whisk you away to the magical world of Disney and its surrounding attractions. Around the corner, a neighboring shopping center includes a Publix, Pet Supplies Plus and various restaurants. This charming retreat is perfect for a family or friend group looking for a comfortable stay in Orlando. The master suite features an adjustable king bed for maximum guest comfort and an attached full bathroom with a walk in shower. Two additional bedrooms with queen sized beds provide comfort and are uniquely themed. If there is a Dino lover in your group they are sure to enjoy a 🦕 rawrrring knights sleep in our dinosaur themed room! For extra guests, the queen sized pull-out sofa in the living area offers additional sleeping space. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to whip up your favorite meals at your convenience. A full-sized washer and dryer is included for your convenience.
