Peaceful, yet centrally-located Saint Petersburg getaway! 10 minutes from the airport, 40 min to Port of Tampa for cruises and just 15mins from downtown St Petersburg! I have a lovely fenced yard so dogs are welcome and safe! There's an attached deck and koi pond to enjoy as much time outside as you'd like! Split plan house gives you plenty of privacy for nesting! My priority is ensuring you feel at home, so interactions would be very minimal, if I'm even home. The space Located on the corner of a quiet dead end street with friendly, respectful long time neighbors! Split plan house gives you plenty of privacy! The guest room is off of the kitchen and has the laundry room attached. So you're not only on the far side of the house, but you have two doors to close for privacy if you wish! Guest access Anything in open spaces guests are welcome to use! Make yourself at home! The only space off limits for this shared listing is the master bedroom. During your stay I am very big on people pleasing and ensuring visitors have a wonderful time in the city, so your privacy is top tier for me! My interactions will be very minimal to respect your privacy and vacation! However, if you have any questions, interested in a boat trip or would like recommendations, I'm happy to help in any way possible! Other things to note I have a GMC Sierra truck and cadillac XT6 with 3rd row seating to accommodate families if you need a vehicle to rent as well, just ask! Or if you'd like a designated driver during your stay and Im available, that can be arranged as well. I also have a 17ft Key West Explorer boat if you'd like to get out on the water for some fishing, island hopping, sunset cruising, dockside restaurant, riding under the skyway bridge or checking out Egmont Key for snorkeling, exploring forts or the lighthouse is always fun! Any of that can be arranged! I have listed for 2 guests but if you have children and don't mind a pull out sofa (in office) or the reclining couch, I can arrange to accommodate more!
