Our place has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment has a small but fully equipped kitchen, a combined dining and bedroom and a separate bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub - ideal for relaxing hours. From the spacious balcony you have a beautiful view over the green meadows to the vineyards and the Steigerwald. Only about 200 m away is our small lake, where you can fish by arrangement and with a valid fishing license. For nature lovers and adventurers there are numerous possibilities: a refreshing swim in the nearby stream, walks through the flowering meadow, hiking and cycling tours directly from the house. Our orchard invites you to picnic, here you can also make a campfire or barbecue and end the evening comfortably. From the house there is not only beautiful nature to experience, but also numerous excursion destinations nearby. Würzburg is only 35 kilometers away and offers cultural highlights and historical sights. The charming towns of Prichsenstadt and Iphofen are only 10 kilometers away. Longer excursions take you to Nuremberg (80 km) or to the romantic Rothenburg ob der Tauber (60 km). Recreation and leisure fun are also nearby: the bathing lakes in Hörblach (12 km) invite you to swim, and the leisure country Geiselwind (14 km) offers entertainment for the whole family.
