Enjoy a stay on Clover Hill farm using the first floor spaces of the James main house .. Enjoy the 2 bedrooms & 1 bath of this premium location .The rural beauty of the farm and close proximity to metro Richmond make this an ideal location for business or pleasure. Please note this listing is not available for weekend stays more than 12 days in advance (Mon- Thurs bookings can have more lead time ) . The listing is for 3 people additional guest fees of $20 per night for 4th guest. The space The James is the main house on Clover Hill Farm ( A 115 acre horse farm just 7 miles from the Goochland Courthouse ). The farm belonged to my Great Aunt and Uncle James. It was renovated in 2015 with refinished floors, new windows, bathrooms and kitchen. This listing locks access to the 2nd floor but retains your whole house privacy to the James living room, dining room, full bath, two bedrooms, sunporch and patio. I use the farm as a retreat destination with family and friends. Well behaved pets are considered but must be mentioned at booking and a $20 pet fee, per pet per stay is required if approved. A farm manager and family help me maintain the smooth flow of guests visiting the houses. I am excited to share the farm with others that are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat in the country with in 15 minutes to Richmond's west-end. ( the upstairs will be closed and unoccupied ) Private drive and parking area. There are common use trails and sitting areas. In the front hay field and woods that border the 115 acres. This listing closes access to the 2nd floor bedrooms and bath. The in-law apartment back deck private driveway and side yard are reserved for guests visiting "The Rosalie" . Other things to note Priority is given to booking the entire house during weekends and high demand dates so bookings request best closer to your dates. The internet / wi/fi is satellite service and is not high speed / if networking is needed please make arrangements for alternate arrangements such as providing your own hotspot. There are dogs on the property
