Welcome to our Southern Comfort home! We are located approximately 15 minutes from McGhee-Tyson Airport, 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge (Home of Dollywood), and 55 minutes from Gatlinburg. We are close enough to attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. If you would rather be amongst the locals our home is perfect! Lots of local coffee shops close by. And close to Maryville College. Full disclosure we are located on a busy main road. The space Master bedroom has brand new Queen size mattress. Black out curtains. A dresser and a place to hang clothes. Charging port on nightstand for your convenience. Extra blankets in linen closet in Master Bathroom. Second bedroom has brand new full size mattress on bottom bunk bed and twin on top bunk. Black out curtains . We call this our Music/Movie Room as we have a passion for music and love movies so we hope you enjoy all the fun decor! There is a scooter, Nerf gun, and Matchbox cars in the closet. Extra blankets in the closet. A closet for hanging clothes and a nightstand with two drawers and a charging port for your phone. Living Room has lots of natural sunlight..brand new Queen size mattress atop our new Murphy bed. Extremely comfortable! A nightstand next to Murphy bed has two drawers and a charging outlet for your phone. Leather Love Seat recliner, two swivel chairs and a Roku TV. Kitchen has a breakfast bar with four swivel barstools (adjusting height) refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, pizza pan, dishes/utensils, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, skillet, bottle opener (on wall next to fridge) and Brita water dispenser (in fridge). Laundry Room: Washer/dryer, laundry pods, iron/ironing board, shelves to store food. Master Bathroom: Shower (no tub), travel size shampoo/conditioner, soap, starter pack toilet paper, hair dryer, vanity chair, plenty of drawers for make up and toiletries. Second Bathroom: shower/tub, travel size shampoo/conditioner, soap, starter pack toilet paper, hair dryer Beautiful Gazebo (our favorite place to relax), fire pit inside table (NO food inside fire pit, no marshmallows/hotdogs, etc.), outside lighting, table for 6 plus three rocking chairs (great for reading a book). Outlets to plug in phones on wall of gazebo. We have a Bluetooth black speaker you can bring out to the Gazebo to listen to some music. Back Deck has two chairs with table to place your coffee or beer/wine and taller table with two barstools (great for playing cards). Storage box enclosed with seat cushions and pillows can also be used as an extra seat. Family Fun: Board games stored in kitchen located in the cabinet labeled board games. A few toys in second bedroom in closet. Heating/Cooling has central Air Conditioning/Heating. Portable fans in both bedrooms and small portable fan in living room. Full Disclosure—we have one neighbor that lives behind our home so they need to pass thru drive way area to get to their home. We live on a main road so there is car noise however when inside the house I never hear any outdoor noise. Since we have natural sunlight in the living room it does get bright in the morning in sleeping on the Murphy Bed. We have blinds but no curtains. Other: We want every guest to feel welcomed and at home! If there is anything you need please reach out. We live in another state so we rely on our Cleaners to keep our home in tip top shape. Other things to note Please be aware we are on a main road but inside the house you cannot hear cars going by. The Murphy Bed in the living room can get bright in the morning. We have beautiful natural sunlight that does shine through.
