We are delighted to welcome you to our peaceful rural hamlet, for a relaxing and discovery stay. Our gîte offers exceptional comfort for all our guests. For those with difficulties with stairs or in wheelchairs, our ground floor room is specially equipped to meet your needs. Also enjoy the charms of our region, where the generous nature of the Ardennes offers a multitude of activities and discoveries for all tastes. The space On the ground floor you will find a very nice spacious living room including living room/TV, dining room, bar and professional kitchen. A large bedroom and its bathroom fully equipped to accommodate people in wheelchairs. A plus: in the hall, a laundry room, a technical room, a toilet, a cloakroom. On the first floor: 4 bedrooms including 2 with twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own private shower room 2 large bedrooms with double beds + 2 sofa beds. 1 of the 2 bedrooms accommodates baby in a crib. These 2 large bedrooms have their own private bathroom: bathtub/shower - double sink - toilet On the second floor: 1 mini foosball table and for fun a shiatsu, an exercise bike, but also an infrared sauna for 4 people. You will find the beds made, towels as well as kitchen towels in quantity. Guest access You have access to the whole place, i.e. all 3 levels Other things to note Please note that a security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. It can be used in case of major breakage (not a glass, a plate) but will mainly be used for the payment of your consumption. It can be paid in cash against receipt or, better, directly to the bank account that you will receive. We will read the 3 meters together, the consumption of which will be charged to you at cost price, i.e.: water €6.50/M3 - electricity €1/Kwatt - fuel oil €7.50/hour in operation. When you check out, please take photos of the indexes and send them to me. The amount of your consumption will be deducted from the €500. You will receive your invoice and the balance is immediately paid to you by bank. Another note: The place is very quiet because the hamlet is home to +/- 40 inhabitants and the street ends in a "cul de sac". It is requested to respect the rest of the only neighbors at the back of the gîte, so from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m., no partying... on the terrace please
