We are delighted to host you in our peaceful rural hamlet, for a relaxing and discovery stay. Our cottage offers exceptional comfort for all our guests. For those with difficulties with stairs or wheelchairs, our room on the ground floor is specially equipped to suit your needs. Also enjoy the charms of our region, where the generous nature of the Ardennes offers a multitude of activities and discoveries for all tastes. The space On the ground floor you will find a very nice spacious stay including living room / tv, dining room, bar and professional kitchen. A large bedroom and its bathroom fully equipped to accommodate people in wheelchairs. A plus: in the lobby, a laundry room, a technical room, a toilet, a cloakroom. On the first floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds. The 2 bedrooms have their own private shower room 2 large bedrooms with double beds + 2 sofa beds. 1 of the 2 bedrooms accommodates a baby in a fully-equipped crib. These 2 large bedrooms have their own private bathroom: bathtub / shower – double sink – toilet On the second floor: 1 mini foosball table and for fun a shiatsu, an exercise bike, and an infrared sauna for 4 people. You will find the beds made, towels as well as plenty of kitchen towels. Guest access You have access to the whole place, i.e. all 3 levels Other things to note Please note that a security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. It can be used in case of major breakage (not a glass, a plate) but will mainly be used for the payment of your consumption. It can be paid in cash against receipt or, better, directly to the bank account you will receive. We will read together the 3 meters whose consumption will be invoiced to you at cost price, i.e.: water €6.50/m3 – electricity €1/kWh – oil €7.50/hour in operation. When you check out, please take photos of the indexes and send them to me. The amount of your consumption will be deducted from the €500. You'll receive your invoice and the balance will be paid to you immediately by bank. Another note: The place is very very quiet because the hamlet is home to +/- 40 inhabitants and the street ends in "cul de sac". You are asked to respect the rest of the only neighbors at the back of the cottage so from 10pm and until 7am, no parties... on the terrace please
