This house of 145 sqm consists of 4 bedrooms, a large living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 bathtub, 1 shower) and 2 separate toilets. It has a 1500 m2 plot under development. The house is located close to a railway line but the frequency of passage is greatly reduced in summer and without any real nuisance for 90% of travelers.
