Close to I-40, located in the heart of Fairview, minutes from the beautiful 700 acre Bowie Nature Park, guest house is on a quiet dead end street and provides privacy in a natural setting for a peaceful getaway. Conveniently located just 35 minutes away for a night out in Nashville, exploring historic downtown Franklin, or looking out from the Natchez Trace Bridge. We provide self check-in, but are located on site if needed. (Please note: Wifi uses an extender, so signal may be weak at times) The space Perfect location for a staycation, self-isolating, a peaceful stop after a long day of traveling, or a quiet place to stay while visiting friends and family or nearby attractions. Wildwoods is a detached garage newly converted into a studio style guest house. We are located on 2.5 acres with a park like setting in the back yard area, complete with retro style patio furniture to relax on while you enjoy your morning coffee and watch for deer, turkey, and maybe even a glimpse of the neighborhood's white squirrel! Guest access Guest parking and entrance is private. Guesthouse is located at the back of the property where guests are sure to enjoy viewing the beautiful nature and have their own privacy. Other things to note We strive to be a 5 star property and hope that you will give us the opportunity to do what we can to make your stay a 5 star stay! Wifi is provided via a wifi extender from the main house. We have Xfinity but signal can be weak at times due to the use of the extender. Not suitable for heavy streaming or “working from home”. NO ANIMALS are allowed to enter the guest house due to severe allergies and asthma of owner/cleaner. The queen size mattress is a medium firmness foam mattress highly rated on Amazon. Several guests have requested information so they could order their own after their stay! A small percentage of guests have expressed that it is too firm for their comfort, so please keep this in mind if you prefer a very soft mattress. We do live in a rural area. There may be bugs dead or alive on the property. We treat the area with human/animal safe repellents, but they do still show up from time to time especially when it is warm. There also is an abundance of wildlife outdoors, you never know what you may see! We often have deer, turkey, squirrels, rabbits, turtles, etc.
