In the heart of the spa region, this spacious, cozy house is located just a few minutes' drive from the H2O spa, Bad Waltersdorf, Stegersbach or Bad Blumau. The Stegersbach golf course is also very close. By bike you can reach the idyllic swimming pond Burgau in 10 minutes and for the little ones there is a cozy swimming pool in the village. There is room for the whole family in this great, sun-drenched accommodation. The space The house is quietly located on the outskirts of the village, but still well connected. There is a supermarket and several restaurants in the village. Directly on the property there is a nice covered dining area and 2 to 3 parking spaces available free of charge. Through an anteroom you can reach the first floor as well as the bathroom and toilet, just like the kitchen, dining and living rooms. From there, you can exit onto the spacious terrace. For sleeping, the two bedrooms each have a double bed (140 cm and 160 cm wide). In addition, there is a cozy sofa bed in the conservatory for 1 person. The spacious bathroom on the first floor has a bathtub, bidet and toilet. On the ground floor there is a shower and toilet. Attention, the house is not accessible. As you can see in the photo, there are a few steps to the front door. Guest access The house is available for the guests for private use. Other things to note Whether cycling, golfing, going to the sauna, walking, enjoying the thermal baths and surrounding Buschenschenken or swimming, there are countless sporting opportunities here.
