In the heart of the thermal spa region, this spacious, cozy house is located just a few minutes' drive from the Thermen H2O, Bad Waltersdorf, Stegersbach or Bad Blumau. The Stegersbach Golf Course is also close by. By bike you can reach the idyllic Badeteich Burgau in 10 minutes and for the little ones there is a homely swimming pool in the village. There's room for the whole family at this great, sun-drenched place. The space The house is quietly located on the outskirts, but still well connected. There is a supermarket and several restaurants in the village. Directly on the property, a beautiful covered dining area and 2 to 3 parking spaces are available free of charge. An anteroom takes you to the first floor as well as the bathroom and toilet, as well as the kitchen, the dining and the living rooms. From there, you can exit onto the spacious terrace. The two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm and 160 cm width), are available for sleeping. In addition, there is a cozy sofa bed in the conservatory for 1 person.
