Smith Pond Gateway to Katahdin

Come stay at our family camp on Smith Pond, formerly Paradise in Katahdin! With 5 stars and 33 reviews, it sleeps up to 7 comfortably. Adventure or relaxation- this camp has it all! The space Our camp is cozy in winter with a kerosene monitor heater and propane fireplace. Water is lake-fed, with town water provided for cooking and bottled water for drinking. Pets are welcome! Please bring them a bed, as they’re not allowed on ours, and kindly clean up after them before departure. Other things to note House Rules: Quiet time is 10PM No food or drink in bedrooms No parties Please do dishes prior to departure No smoking We are located in the North Maine woods which means we coexist with Mother Nature and may have beetles, caterpillars etc entering our property. We take pride in our cleanliness and perform a last minute check of our camp to remove any unwanted guests however being located near the forest we can’t control this completely.
