The space The property is located on a 6,000 square meter site 5 minutes from Hellín. This beautiful space has two separate villas, a patio, a super spacious garden and a large area to park vehicles. Guests will have access to the entire outdoor area, the house and the 14m long private pool with sun loungers included. They will also have access to ping pong and foosball tables, fronton tennis and even a private bathroom adjacent to the outside. We have up to 5 garage spaces and two of them with coverage. The premises have a very well-connected front and back patio, a large esplanade and relaxation areas in both places to eat or telework outside. Other things to note The house has all kinds of resources for everyday use. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house and we also have integrated central electric heating and air conditioning. The kitchen has cooking utensils, glasses, dishes and even pots and pans for guests to use freely. It also includes a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and single oven. In the living room we have cable TV, air conditioning and a minibar. There is also a first aid kit in the bathroom for any minor emergency. Otherwise, 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and two separate bathrooms.
