The house includes: -Ground floor: large living room, fireplace, equipped kitchen, large terrace -1st floor: 4 double bedrooms (beds 160x200 cm) -2nd: large dormitory with 7 single beds -2 WC -1 bathroom with bathtub -1 shower room Activities: Golf Cross, hiking, cycling tours, a water area 1.5 km away (beach, restaurant, treetop adventure park), Amethyst Museum The space The "Gatekeeper’s House" on the grounds of the Château de la Reynerie is ideal for family getaways. It offers: • Ground floor: -A spacious living area with a fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker). -A shower room. -A toilet. -A laundry room with a changing table, travel crib available, and washing machine. -A pleasant covered terrace. • First floor: -Four double bedrooms (160x200 cm beds) with large wardrobes. -A second toilet. -A bathroom with double sinks and a large bathtub. • Second floor: A large dormitory with 7 single beds (vintage wooden beds). Other things to note • Bed linen and towels are provided. To ensure a relaxing stay, the beds are ready and the cleaning is taken care of. • A large private parking area with a secure electric gate is available inside the estate, as well as a freely accessible charging station for your electric vehicles. • The 13-hectare park is fully open to you: -You’ll have the opportunity to try Golf Cross, an innovative sport combining golf and rugby, created by the All Blacks. -In addition, we’ll be delighted to give you a tour of the Château de la Reynerie and share its fascinating history. • Activities and Leisure: -Golf Cross -Hiking -Mountain Biking: Explore the scenic trails directly accessible from the estate. -Water Area : Just 1.5 km away, enjoy the beach, restaurant, and activities such as pedal boats, treetop adventure park, and ziplining. -Culture: Visit the Amethyst Museum, located in the heart of the village of Le Vernet.
