Enjoy the space to relax or have great adventures while you are in Knoxville. From game day weekends to time to explore the beauty of the Smokies - we welcome you to our 1300 sq foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome. Conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville/Neyland Stadium. It’s just over an hour to the National Park. When we are in town visiting our family we stay here for weeks at a time. So we know our neighbors very well and can say this is a quiet, safe, friendly community. The space It’s so much more than a hotel room: Private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and bedrooms, both with queen beds. There is a washer and dryer, porch with a porch swing, back patio and a gas fireplace if it’s chilly. It's generally quiet here, except for an occasional train. Our place is suitable for children/families. Although we are relatively new to hosting on Airbnb, we have hosted people for a number of years in our home in Minnesota. We have also stayed in many Airbnb's so we know what we have liked as guests. Guest access Guests will have access to our entire townhome except what is listed below. Lock pad on front door allows access with code. Parking for two cars is available in our driveway. (no street parking) There are no steps into or inside of the townhome. Although guests will not have access to the garage, small pantry or the master bedroom closet, you will have plenty of room. There are hooks on the master bedroom door, a dresser in the master and a closet in the hall for your use. The second bedroom closet is available to guests. Other things to note Let us know ahead of time if you have any special requests or if you need anything. We want you to have the best possible stay! Please note: We are close to a train track, so you may hear a whistle and train go by occasionally. We only accept bookings from individuals with a fully completed profile along with at least one previous trip and positive review.
