Entire Studio in Boalsburg

Come take a break and unwind at this peaceful space. We have a spacious and private studio in our basement for your weekend or a few days stay in State College. We are looking for responsible adults / couples no smoking no pets. You will have the whole basement for yourselves. The space - Located in a quiet residential community in Boalsburg (approximately 6.5 miles from the stadium) - Approximately 600 sq.ft. finished basement with walk-out - Wifi and Cable TV Available - One parking spot on the driveway (or guest parking) - Our basement living space consists of... A. Living/Sleeping Area - a sofa, coffee table, small desk & chair, built-in media center w/ cabinets & shelves, TV w/ Xfinity, and pull-down 2 twin murphy beds. B. Private Bathroom - Toilet, sink, 48” walk-in shower, and fresh linens and towels C. Corner Dining and Kitchen - cups, plates, bowls, silverware, sink, water kettle, k-cup coffee maker, microwave, fridge, and small dining set. D. Hallway - a coat closet and a standing cloth rack Guest access Basement can be accessed through the front door. It has a walk-out, but would be more convenient to use the front door. You will share the entry way with us, but the living room and entry way will mostly be left vacant for your and our privacy exiting and entering the studio. You will have access to the entire basement. During your stay We are friendly and enjoy talking with everyone. We also respect our guests' privacy. We mostly will be in the office upstairs or outside doing daily chores. We may spend time in the living and kitchen room during the meal time, but will try our best to keep away from the area. We respect your privacy and will adhere to that. If we happen to run into you, please don't feel obligate to stay for a chit-chat.
