The space Each bedroom is equipped with a full size bed, mounted smart television, closet, chair, storage space, lamp and desk area. The bathroom has a full tub and shower, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries and a first aid kit. Living room has a couch, chaise lounge chair, smart television with HDMI hookups, and a dining area to enjoy a meal or play card or board games. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, George Foreman grille, 4 dinner trays with necessary pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses. The kitchen has a quaint little coffee area with a Keurig and complementary K-cups and tea. Guest access There is a combination lock box at the front door. I will provide the combination for the key prior to check in. The key provided only works for the front door, however all entrances are functional with different locks for access to the home. No garage door opener available for short term stays. Lock outs = $150 fee. Other things to note RESERVATION TRANSFER Transferring the reservation of this property to persons other than the person that booked the reservation is strictly prohibited. Reserving this property for use by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited. DAMAGE AND INCIDENTALS You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Extra-persons residing overnight within the home beyond the maximum number of 4, is prohibited. Extra-persons found to be residing in the home will result in you being asked to leave and a refund of the remainder of your stay will be released back to you pending there are no damages to the property. An extra person fee of $150 will be charged per person above the maximum number of 4, if this is found to be the case. Special requests are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Gatherings that result in neighborhood disturbances, will result in you being asked to leave and a refund of the remainder of your stay will be released back to you pending there are no damages to the property. NOTE: It is illegal for both Hosts and Guests to leave surveillance devices in Airbnbs.
