Encore getaway

Lovely spacious unit in a resort-style complex with a pool, BBQ and gym. Close to the city, river, restaurants and transport. You have access to the main bedroom, ensuite, living room, kitchen and balconies. Due to Body Corp requirements, I am required to overnight when there are paying guests, but I will not use the shared spaces while you are here (just the front bedroom and separate bathroom). TV with Netflix/Internet connection. Wi-fi code on the fridge. No Pets The space The main bedroom, ensuite, living room, kitchen and balconies are accessible. The pool, gym and BBQ area are open to guests between 7am - 9pm. During your stay I may be here when you arrive, but if not I will leave keys out.
