ARRIVING AND FEELING GOOD is the motto of the BERGSEERUHE apartments:-) The centrally located, high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment "Alpsitz" has everything that makes a perfect vacation. All major points of contact are within walking distance. The apartment has high quality soundproofing windows and electric shutters that guarantee a quiet stay. Your dog is also not only allowed, but also welcome. The space In the new apartment Alpsitz, we offer three spacious bedrooms with very high-quality box spring beds, which invite you to relax and linger and guarantee a quiet and relaxing sleep on vacation. (Soundproofing windows & electric shutters) There is another TV in one of the bedrooms. The modern bathroom has a bathtub, a large walk-in shower and a double sink. Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer and towels are also already available and included. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the bathroom (detergent incl.). The spacious living& dining area offers a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table that offers plenty of space, and a high-quality and cozy couch where you can enjoy the movies on the 65 inch TV. Coffee capsules (Nespresso machine), tea, welcome drinks (beer, sparkling wine and a bottle of Allgäu water) are also included. Guest access From 15:00 the check-in times are flexible for you, as the front door and the entrance door of the apartment have a code system, i.e. you come into the house comfortably with the same code and at the same time into the apartment. Other things to note The park: In front of the apartments, only a small number of parking spaces/garages are available, which are allocated according to occupancy and booking according to the "greyhound principle". The local spa/place tax is not yet included in the price and must be paid on site. Current amounts 2025: - €2.10 per person per night from 16 years - €1.00 per person per night from 6 up to and including 15 years.
