We are located minutes from PHL airport, 15 min to center city, 20min to Wilmington, but in a peaceful neighborhood with 2 parks nearby, one on the river, as well as a wild life refuge with hiking/biking trails within walking distance. Parking is free on premises, as well as laundry. Internet is fast, and the smart TV has Netflix and other apps. The room has keyless entry for ease of access. Other things to note ***NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE INDOORS*** $500 FEE, and much higher if air ducts need to be replaced. No overnight guests allowed, and quiet hours start at 10pm and end at 9am. No flushable wipes of any kind are allowed; we have had to get very expensive sewer work done because of someone flushing these.
