Whether you're visiting your kids, catching a Texas State football game, or simply taking a break, we’ve got all the essentials for a truly homey stay. The space Our home's fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals or preparing snacks, and the dining area seats six comfortably. The living room offers plenty of space for lounging, with a TV and board games for entertainment. Step outside to the patio for a relaxing evening with a chiminea or BBQ, or take advantage of the park view, public playground, and backyard games. Upstairs, the bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, while the downstairs bedroom offers a desk for any work needs. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home including the patio and backyard. The exception is the garage and one locked room. Free on-site parking is available. Other things to note We’re close to the campus, San Marcos River, hiking trails, and great dining spots. The stadium is only 7 min away as well. You might even get to enjoy some of our homegrown vegetables! Our standard occupancy is 4 persons but the couch can sleep another person and we can provide a crib for a baby or toddler. For your security, we have cameras located on the front porch, back patio, in the garage, and in a locked room. These areas are monitored for safety only when no one is staying at the house.
